How to File a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, please include all of the following information:
- Your full legal name and, if applicable, the name of the organization you represent.
- Your contact information, including email address, phone number, and physical address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on XFree.pro where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

- Incomplete or invalid DMCA notices may be ignored or rejected.
- Submitting false claims under the DMCA is a serious legal offense and may result in liability for damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees.
- Repeated abuse of the DMCA process may result in suspension or banning of your access to the platform.
🔁 Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright holder initiates legal action.
