How to File a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, please include all of the following information:

  1. Your full legal name and, if applicable, the name of the organization you represent.
  2. Your contact information, including email address, phone number, and physical address.
  3. A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  4. The exact URL(s) on XFree.pro where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  7. Your electronic or physical signature.

  • Incomplete or invalid DMCA notices may be ignored or rejected.
  • Submitting false claims under the DMCA is a serious legal offense and may result in liability for damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees.
  • Repeated abuse of the DMCA process may result in suspension or banning of your access to the platform.

🔁 Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright holder initiates legal action.
